The basis of life and good health is the environment around us of which water, air, and soil have been inflicted with maximum damage. We need to take a ground up approach to reverse the damages and establish a regenerative and sustainable lifestyle, especially among the urban population. Svapnya Foundation not only wants to create awareness about sustainable living but also employ 35 lakh farmers to practice and promote natural farming. or permanent agriculture. We are working towards reviving the farmers, soil and the environment that host us.
- How We Operate
- Activities We Undertake
- How Can You Contribute

We work closely with citizen forums who have been doing exemplary work in the areas of environmental restoration because we believe that real action and results come from a handful of committed individuals and communities. We facilitate and support the community forums.
We also engage with the corporate social responsibility groups of companies and help them channelise their workforce and social commitment in the right direction and for deserving issues in the society and environment.
We believe that restoring the flora and fauna and reviving the ecosystem are of utmost importance to mitigate the effects of climate change. Svapnya Foundation was formed to create awareness on the food we eat. However, we had to widen our scope of work seeing the larger picture of environmental disturbance that were directly impacting our lives as well as the sensitive Web of life.
Encourage people you care about to be a part of this movement. Help us Help Humanity.

Roshan Mathews
A master in business administration and an avid nature watcher. Roshan identified his calling in nature and conservation during his early days of working in the technology space. He delved deeper into the farming sector and identified the fundamental issues of farming in India. His passion for making a difference in the lives of our food growers, led him to the serene foothills of the Western Ghats where he, along with friends worked on developing a huge expanse of deforested land. He envisions to demarcate this as an old age home and community-based sustainable living space. While in the city and attending to family commitments, Roshan engages in activities around improving the livelihood of farmers by providing them with the right expertise in growing poison-free food, in turn preserving the soil sanity. He encourages them in growing edible forests that would make up for the vast expanse of lost green cover in villages as well as cities.
